The Fakro LWP-L model is a wooden, insulated, three-section folding attic ladder that is suitable for ceiling heights up to 10 feet 8 inches. Each unit is equipped with a safety handrail, a lock, and a control rod for opening and closing. The door is free from visible hardware and can be painted to match any ceiling colour. Spring supports run parallel to the door, keeping the entrance to the attic clear of hardware. A peripheral gasket lines the inside of the hatch frame and the door is insulated, creating a seal to reduce energy costs. Suitable for use inside the home and other insulated areas.
