Provides heat to warm the floors and help keep floors dry and safe. The mat installs in thin-set or self-levelling mortar to warm tiling, stone, vinyl, or laminate flooring. This kit includes a 120-VAC floor heating mat with 3-inch spacing that measures 2 feet wide x 17.5 feet long and covers a 35-square-foot area. Kit also includes a SunStat® ConnectPlus™ Wi-Fi programmable touchscreen thermostat, floor sensor and installation manual.
