Forge+ is a premium membership program offered by Forge Construction Inc. that provides qualifying business Clients with enhanced delivery access, priority service, and preferential return terms. These Membership Terms govern your participation in the Forge+ program and are incorporated into and subject to Forge's Terms of Service. By enrolling in Forge+, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Eligibility
Forge+ membership is available exclusively to registered Clients of Forge Construction Inc. who:
- Hold an active account in good standing
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Operate a legitimate business within the Province of Ontario
- Maintain a valid payment method on file
Forge reserves the right to approve or decline membership applications at its sole discretion.
2. Membership Benefits
Active Forge+ members are entitled to the following benefits, as further described on the Forge website at www.forgecondepot.com:
- Early Delivery Access: Members may schedule deliveries starting at 6:00 AM, ahead of the standard 9:00 AM window available to non-members
- Preferential Return Terms: Members qualify for Return Schedule A, which includes a 60-day return window (versus 30 days for non-members) and no additional exception fees for rescheduled pickups
- Priority Customer Support: Forge+ members receive elevated priority in the customer support queue
- Exclusive Offers: Members may receive access to promotional pricing, early catalogue releases, or other offers as determined by Forge from time to time
Benefits are subject to change. Forge will provide reasonable notice to active members of any material changes to membership benefits.
3. Enrollment
To enroll in Forge+, Clients must sign up through the App or website at www.forgecondepot.com. Enrollment is subject to approval by Forge. Upon successful enrollment, membership becomes effective immediately and the applicable membership fee will be charged to your payment method on file.
4. Membership Fees and Billing
Forge+ membership fees are set out on the Forge website and are subject to change with a minimum of 30 days written notice to existing members. Fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at enrollment) to the payment method on file.
If a membership payment fails or is declined:
- Forge will notify the Client and attempt to re-process the payment within 3 business days
- If payment is not received within 7 days of the original billing date, the membership will be suspended and the Client will revert to standard service terms
- Forge+ benefits are not available during any period of suspended membership
5. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their Forge+ membership at any time by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice to Forge prior to the next scheduled billing date. Notice must be submitted through one of the following channels:
- Through the App under account settings
- By email to support@forgecondepot.com
- By calling (647) 471-3992 during business hours
Cancellations received with less than 30 days notice before the next billing date will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle. Forge does not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a membership period.
Upon cancellation, the Client will retain Forge+ benefits until the end of the current paid membership period, after which they will revert to standard Client terms including Return Schedule B for all future returns.
6. Membership Continuity and Return Schedule Eligibility
To qualify for Return Schedule A benefits, a Client must have maintained an active, uninterrupted Forge+ membership from the date of the original order through the date of the return request. Any lapse, suspension, or cancellation of membership during this period — for any reason — will result in the return being processed under Return Schedule B.
Forge is not responsible for any loss of benefits resulting from a lapsed membership due to payment failure, cancellation, or any other cause.
7. Suspension or Termination by Forge
Forge reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Client's Forge+ membership at any time, with or without notice, in the event of:
- A breach of Forge's Terms of Service or these Membership Terms
- Non-payment of membership fees or outstanding order balances
- Fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate use of the Services or membership benefits
- Discontinuation of the Forge+ program
In the event Forge discontinues the Forge+ program entirely, members will receive a minimum of 30 days advance notice and a pro-rated refund of any prepaid membership fees for the unused portion of their current billing period.
8. Non-Transferability
Forge+ membership is personal to the registered Client account and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or assigned to any other individual or entity. Any attempt to transfer or share membership benefits may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
9. Modifications to the Program
Forge reserves the right to modify the Forge+ program, including its benefits, pricing, and terms, at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members with reasonable advance notice via email or App notification. Continued use of Forge+ benefits following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Terms
These Forge+ Membership Terms are supplemental to and incorporated into Forge Construction Inc.'s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Membership Terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail. All other provisions of the Terms of Service, including those relating to governing law, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and indemnification, apply equally to your Forge+ membership.
